Shrimp and rocket lemon drizzle Broghie
A delicious savoury Broghie with a taste of the sea.
Remember, if you are on a weight loss plan you can omit or replace calorie-heavy ingredients.
Main Ingredients
1 Broghie (20 cal)
3 large king prawns (21 cal)
1 bunch rocket (20 cal)
Dressing (Prepare in advance)
3 tbsp lemon juice orange tastes nice too (3 cal)
1/4 tbsp sweetener (1 cal)
1/2 tbsp olive oil (60 cal)
1 pinch salt
1.Sautee or barbecue the prawns.
2.Pile lettuce on the Broghie and add prawns
3.Drizzle with the dressing when you’re ready to serve.
4.Adding toasted almonds and red pepper can add to the flavour.
