Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed after being placed.

Our shipping cut-off time is 3 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London), Monday to Sunday. Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order. To avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and to verify the personal information you shared with us. This verification can take the shape of an identity, place of residence, or banking information check. We reserve the right to proceed to direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of a credit or debit card. We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If an item is mispriced, we may contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
What happens after I place an order?
You'll receive a confirmation email from us after your order is placed, containing your order number and your order receipt. Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email if you don't see it in your inbox.

How do I check the status of my order?
Simply track your order using the tracking number we provide you through email. If you have yet to receive a tracking number after 7 business days, please email support@insteadofbread.co.uk, and we will assist you from there.

Packing Guide
Below is a packing guide that may help you when ordering. It will give you an idea of how many of each product I can get in a box and may save you in postage.
Syrups And Sauces (Recommended min 3 items)
These parcels are charged by weight and sent by Royal Mail 48-hour tracked. I can get 1–4 bottles of syrup in one small box. The postage on these parcels are calculated by weight.
Traders can order up to 36 bottles in one box.
Broghies Large (Recommended 5 bags minimum)
The above Is only a recommendation, you can order as many or as few bags as you wish. I only suggest that you order five, to save the most money long-term on postage. Remember, Broghies have a much longer shelf life than bread, anywhere between 1 and 12 months.
These parcels are sent by courier using a 48-72 hour tracked service. I can get up to 12 bags of Broghies in each box. It is worth remembering this, as ordering less than the capacity of each box will cost you more in postage in the long run.
Full boxes of large Broghies contain 12 bags, but you only pay for 10 meaning you get 2 bags free.
Broghies minis (Recommended 6 to 8 bags)
These parcels are sent by courier or Royal Mail depending on the quantity ordered using a 48-72 hour tracked service.
I can get up to 7 bags of mini Broghies in a small parcel.
Full boxes of mini Broghies contain 18 bags.
It is worth remembering this, as ordering less than the capacity of each box will cost you more in postage in the long run.

Mixed Parcels
The first thing to note here is that Broghies can NOT be packed with syrups, spreads or other products in the same parcel. I sadly cannot change the laws of physics, the weight of other products inside the box would smash the Broghies. Yes, there are special boxes with stiff separated compartments, but I am pretty sure you do not want to pay an additional £4 for a fancy box.
Remember, if you order Broghies AND other products, they will be separated into separate parcels. Each parcel will have the correct postage charges added to it.
