Terms And Conditions

Yes we know they can be tedious but ours are in plain English and you should be aware of them.

Terms And Conditions

By using our site or placing an order you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Hermes Deliveries

We pack all deliveries in sturdy eco-friendly cardboard boxes the cost of packaging is included in the handling fee.

Please Note: Broghies are a dried food product and are fragile in nature. We pack all Broghies in double-walled boxes with extra packing to secure them in transit. We also put fragile stickers on all sides of the boxes. Most orders do arrive fairly intact, however, we can NOT be held responsible if Hermes employees break some of your Broghies in transit. You have to remember your parcel may be handled by many people on its journey there is absolutely nothing we can do about how gentle they are or whether they respect the fragile nature of your parcel. Your order will leave us in an undamaged state. Should a few of your Broghies get broken they are still edible and therefore we can not offer refunds or returns. When ordering from us you are accepting this limitation. Here are some great ideas for what you can do with broken Broghies.

If your Broghies are extremely badly damaged feel free to contact us via our site. We will require photographs of the damaged packaging and Broghies damaged in unopened bags. We will then put a claim into Hermes on your behalf. Whether or not they will compensate you is not our decision it is theirs. Claims can take up to 90 days.

Collection

You can normally collect your Broghies from us directly in Scartho any day between 1 pm and 7 pm. The address will be provided in your order email. Be sure to call us on either 07804 239004 before you come to make sure someone will be here.

Minimum Order

Our site carries a minimum order of £4

Extra Fees

During checkout, you will be charged a small fee for order handling to cover the processing of your order. We are not a large company and our profit margins are very small so unfortunately, we need to cover a few processing costs. The alternative to this is increasing the price of all the products which would cost you way more in the long run.
