A great breakfast Broghie

1 spray Frylight (1 cal)
2 eggs (108 cal)
1 handful spinach (6 cal)
30g chopped tomatoes (6 cal)
1 pinch white pepper
1 Brogie (20 cal)
Scramble eggs
Place on Brogie with other ingredients
