Veggie Burger In a Broghie
A great vegetarian treat without the calorific bun
Remember, if you are on a weight loss plan you can omit or replace calorie-heavy ingredients.
Any large Broghie 20 cal
Quorn Southern-fried Burger 122 cal
lettuce 3 cal
Tomatoes 3 cal
Mushrooms 20cal
20g Cheese 84 cal
Cook your burgers according to packaging instructions I used Quorn southern fried burgers which take about 20 mins. While the burgers are cooking prep your burger ingredients, you can use anything you like in a burger, I used lettuce, tomato, mushrooms and cheese, you could even add your favourite sauce as well, once burgers are cooked grab any large Broghie and assemble. Guilt free burger
