Ingredients

  • 1½ Crushed Chocolate Weetabix (approx. 124 calories)
  • 1 tsp Self-Raising Flour (approx. 6 calories)
  • 1 tsp Tesco Lighter Hot Chocolate (approx. 13 calories)
  • 2 Large Egg Whites (approx. 34 calories)
  • 1 Banana (approx. 105 calories)
  • 50g Raspberries (approx. 32 calories)
  • 1/3 Lindahls Kvarg (approx. 44 calories)
  • 20g (4tsp) Sweet freedom chocshot (Recommend salted caramel chocshot) (approx. 46 calories)

Preparation

Mix the Weetabix, the flour, 10g of chocshot and the hot chocolate powder with the egg white and whisk into a paste. Place this into a deep and narrow bowl.

Microwave for 2.5 minutes.

Drizzle another 5g of choc shot and spread over the top of the cake with a spoon, then microwave for 30 seconds.

Then slice banana and cover the cake.

At the fruit.

Use one-third of the Skyr or Kvarg yoghurt and add little blobs all over the fruit at the top (this is instead of cream).

Note: Save the rest of the yoghurt for an upside down cheesecake, which you can have after your evening meal. (Two sweet treats in one, what’s not to like?)

Drizzle another 5g of choc shot over the fruit and cream to finish.

And enjoy!
