Cheese On Broast
Missing cheese on toast? This recipe is for you and every bit as yummy
Remember, if you are on a weight loss plan you can omit or replace calorie-heavy ingredients.
1 x Large Broghie (20 cal)
25g 50% less fat cheese of your choice (72 cal)
1tbsp of your favourite sauce. Brown, ketchup etc (18 cal)
- Sprinkle grated cheese onto Broghie to cover
- Pop in the microwave for 10–12 seconds just until the cheese melts, be careful not to completely liquidise it.
- Top with your favourite sauce
- Enjoy!
