Bacon Egg And Mushroom Broghie
A delicious fried breakfast in a Broghie
Remember, if you are on a weight loss plan you can omit or replace calorie-heavy ingredients.
1 Large Broghie wheat or corn
Lean bacon with fat removed x 4 slices
2 Mushrooms sliced
2 Eggs
Your favourite sauce is optional
I am sure you can work it out.
In order for this to be as healthy as possible I recommend removing the bacon fat and frying the eggs, mushrooms and bacon in fry light.
