Recommended Broghie Type: Large Wheat Or Corn

Ingredients

2 eggs (108 cal)
10g Spring Onions (2 cal)
1 Broghie (20 cal)
100 ml Lighter than light mayo (71 cal)

Preparation

Boil 2 eggs for 10 minutes, once boiled peel and mash with 1 tbsp of lighter than light mayo add spring onions and place on your Broghie
